Bermuda Chub, also known as Kyphosus sectatrix, is a type of fish that can be found in tropical waters. However, there are some synonymous names for this species depending on the region. In the Caribbean, it is commonly called the "blue chub" because of its vibrant blue-grey color. In Australia, it is known as the "silver drummer" for its similarity to the drummer fish. Another synonym for this fish is the "green-back chub," which refers to the greenish tint on its back. In South Africa, it is called"stonebream" while in Asia it can be referred to as the "false fusilier." Despite the differences in names, they all refer to the same species of fish with distinct physical features.
