Conjugate gaze palsy is a neurological condition that affects the control of eye movements, particularly in the horizontal direction. This condition is also referred to as horizontal gaze palsy, impaired horizontal eye movements, or oculomotor apraxia. Other terms used to describe this condition include disruption of coordinated eye movements, saccadic dysmetria, or gaze palsy syndrome.
