The Family Cestidae is a group of marine animals commonly known as the comb jellies. This family consists of around 100 species of gelatinous, transparent creatures that are found in oceans all over the world. Sometimes referred to as sea walnuts or sea gooseberries, these creatures are known for their beautiful, iridescent 'combs' that they use for locomotion and catching prey.
