Firebombs, also known as Molotov cocktails, are a type of improvised explosive device that consists of a glass bottle filled with flammable liquid. Although firebomb is the most common term used for this type of weapon, there are several other synonyms that can be used to describe it. These include petrol bombs, gasoline bombs, incendiary bombs, and bottle bombs. While these terms are all used interchangeably, they all refer to the same destructive device commonly used in riot situations or guerrilla warfare. Regardless of the term used, the use of firebombs is considered a serious threat to public safety and is illegal in many countries.
