OHT, or OverHead Transparency, is a term used in visual presentations to describe a sheet of transparent film that can be written on and projected onto a screen. However, there are many synonyms for the term OHT that can be used interchangeably, such as projector slides, transparent sheets, and overhead projector sheets. Additionally, other terms that may be used to describe similar presentation aids include transparencies, acetates, or slide film. No matter what term is used, these types of aids are useful for visual explanations and demonstrations in settings such as classrooms, boardrooms, or seminars.
