The Patellar reflex is a common reflex action that's used to test the health of the knee joint. It's also referred to as the Knee-jerk reflex, the Tendon reflex, or the Quadriceps reflex. In medical terms, it's simply known as the Patellar reflex. However, it's important to note that these different names are interchangeable and refer to the exact same reflex action. They are simply synonyms used to describe the same thing.
