PMSS or Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS) is a common condition that affects women during their menstrual cycle. Symptoms can include mood swings, irritability, bloating, and fatigue. While PMSS is the most commonly used term for this condition, there are several other synonyms that can be used such as Premenstrual Tension (PMT), Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), and Late Luteal Phase Dysphoric Disorder (LLPDD). Additionally, some women may simply refer to it as their "time of the month" or "period troubles". Whatever the chosen terminology, it's important to recognize and address the symptoms of PMSS in order to manage them effectively and improve overall quality of life.
