The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) is a well-known Palestinian political organization founded in 1967. Despite its popularity in the Middle East, the PFLP has earned different names and synonyms in different parts of the world. In Arabic, the PFLP is known as al-Jabha al-Sha'abiyyah lil-Tahrir al-Filastini, which translates to "People's Front for the Liberation of Palestine." In Spain and Latin America, it is known as Frente Popular para la Liberación de Palestina, while in French, it is known as Front Populaire de Liberation de la Palestine. However, regardless of its names, the PFLP remains committed to the struggle for the liberation of Palestine and its people.
