Domitian was the younger brother of Emperor Titus and the son of Emperor Vespasian. He is known for his oppressive rule and harsh treatment of political opponents, as well as his lavish building projects and military campaigns. Despite his reputation, Domitian did have some achievements during his reign, such as the expansion of the Roman Empire into Britain and the construction of the Flavian Amphitheatre (better known as the Colosseum).
