The Ugandan Giraffe, also known as the Rothschild's Giraffe, is a subspecies of giraffe that is native to Uganda and parts of Kenya. It is a threatened species with only around 2,000 left in the wild. While the name "Ugandan Giraffe" is most commonly used, there are also other terms used to refer to this magnificent animal, such as the Baringo Giraffe, which originates from the Baringo area of Kenya. Another synonym is the Northern Giraffe, which is the collective term for all subspecies of giraffes found in East and Central Africa. Regardless of the name used, the Ugandan Giraffe is a majestic creature that deserves our protection and preservation.
