Viburnum Prunifolium, commonly known as Blackhaw, is a native shrub found in the eastern United States. It is a popular ornamental plant and is also used in traditional medicine. Synonyms for Blackhaw include Viburnum rufidulum, Viburnum prunifolium var. prunifolium, and Viburnum prunifolium var. ozarkanum. The shrub can grow up to 15 feet tall and has glossy green leaves that turn red and purple in the fall.
