Wushu is a traditional Chinese martial art that has gained popularity globally. It is also known by several synonymous terms such as Kung Fu, Gong Fu, and Chinese Boxing. Gong Fu, which translates to "skill" or "achievement", is a term used to describe one's proficiency in the various martial arts.
