Bookwoman is a term used to describe a female who loves books or is an avid reader. However, some antonyms of the word bookwoman can be used to describe someone who is not interested in reading, such as "non-reader," "illiterate," "unlettered," or "unread." Conversely, the opposite of a bookwoman could also include someone who prefers to watch TV or play video games rather than read, which can be described as a "couch potato," "screen addict," or "digital native" in modern parlance. While reading has been shown to have cognitive and social benefits, everyone has their own interests and preferences, and it's okay if not everyone identifies as a bookwoman.
