Dacrydium Colensoi, commonly known as the mountain tōtara, is a coniferous tree species endemic to New Zealand. This species is known for its significant conservation status as it is classified as "threatened - nationally vulnerable." It can be found in the central North Island, particularly in the Pureora Forest, and in the South Island's Nelson and Marlborough regions. However, there are currently only around 6,000 mature individuals left in the wild. Synonyms for Dacrydium Colensoi include Halocarpus biformis var. colensoi, Dacrydium biforme var. colensoi, Dacrydium biforme var. macrocarpum, and Dacrydium macrocarpum.
