GLT, short for Gay, Lesbian and Transgender, is a term used to refer to the LGBTQIA+ community. Although the term is widely used, there are several synonyms that can be used instead of GLT. Some of these synonyms include LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender), LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer), and LGBTQIA+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual). Other variations include LGBTQ2S+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Two-Spirit), and MOGAI (Marginalized Orientations, Gender identities, And Intersex).
