Indri is a genus of primates that comprises two species, the larger indri and the smaller woolly indri. Though the term may not have many synonyms, it's worth noting that indri is also known as babakoto, which is a Malagasy word that translates to "ancestor" or "little father." In addition, the two species within the indri genus are sometimes called the Madagascar indri and the eastern woolly lemur, respectively.
