Mountain Nyala, also known as Tragelaphus Buxtoni, is a rare species of antelope that is native to the highlands of Ethiopia. Some of the synonyms for Mountain Nyala include African mountain unicorn, Abyssinian mountain nyala, Ethiopian mountain nyala, and Menelik's mountain nyala. These majestic creatures are known for their striking appearance, which includes a shaggy brown coat, long curved horns, and a white chevron on their chest. Unfortunately, the population of Mountain Nyala has been declining due to habitat loss and hunting. Conservation efforts are currently in place to protect these magnificent animals and their natural habitat.
