The term "pre-cognitions" refers to the intuitive feeling or knowledge of something before it actually happens. Its antonyms are words that convey the opposite meaning. These include: ignorance, unawareness, obliviousness, inexperience, naivety, thoughtlessness, and insensitivity. All these words suggest a lack of foresight or intuition and depict a lack of understanding of the possible outcomes or consequences of a situation. When a person exhibits any of these traits, they are unable to have pre-cognitions; they are often surprised by events or find it difficult to anticipate the outcome of a situation. In contrast, being someone who has pre-cognitions means that an individual is alert, intuitive, and knowledgeable about the possible events that may occur.
