The phrase "time kill" often denotes activities that we do in order to pass the time, either because we're bored or because we're waiting for something to happen. However, the opposite of this phrase is "time well-spent." Unlike time kill, time well-spent refers to activities that are productive, fulfilling and meaningful. These activities may include working towards a goal, engaging in a hobby, spending time with loved ones, learning something new or engaging in self-care. When we spend our time well, we come out of it feeling accomplished, satisfied, and happy. So instead of looking for ways to kill time, we should aim to spend it well.
