Trimorphodon is a genus of venomous snakes that includes three species, namely Trimorphodon biscutatus, Trimorphodon lyrophanes and Trimorphodon vilkinsoni. These species are commonly known as lyre snakes, banded lyresnakes and Twin-spotted lyresnakes respectively. Apart from Trimorphodon, there are other synonyms used to refer to this genus, including Trimorphophis and Lyrophanes.
